Etsy only allows for 10 photos within each listing. And sometimes that's just not enough! So if you need to see an item from a different angle, please let me know! I am happy to send you additional photos.

By default, Etsy truncates the item description field. They are also constantly testing the look of the product listing page. So if you're struggling to find this information, don't worry, you are not alone!

Depending on which version of Etsy you're using (desktop, mobile, etc), you generally just need to click on the section or tab that says "Item Description". This will expand the section so that you can actually see all the pertinent information.

On desktop, instead of seeing "item description", there may be a section that says "learn more about this item". If so, just click on this phrase to view the item description.

Etsy is always testing new ways to display feedback / reviews for individual shops. This may include, but is not limited to, showing older, negative reviews first, displaying an often misleading percentage of less than 5-star reviews in the form of a chart, showing non-relevant reviews from other listings, or displaying the actual review stars as black or gold.

While these experiments aren't visually appealing, sensical, or even helpful to most customers, it does explain why you're seeing / experiencing many different formats for this particular section.
